Fair-Deal Prices and Fair-Deal Terms

We offer fair deals on a variety of office sizes and layouts: executive suites start at $365/month.
Sizes vary from 80 to 400 sq. ft.

Because we’re as flexible as your needs require, you can:

  • Avoid the high initial costs associated with leasing traditional commercial office space.
  • Increase or decrease your office space as needed.
  • Lease from month to month.
  • Forget about charges such as electricity, cleaning service, common-area maintenance and real estate taxes, because they’re included with your customized executive suite.
  • Have a full-time receptionist at no additional charge.
  • Get immediate setup with our optional high-speed Internet service.
  • Reserve conference rooms as often as needed at no additional charge.
  • Use your furniture or ours. Included at no additional charge are a desk, file cabinet, executive chair and guest chair. Other pieces are available for nominal fees.
  • Use your phone or ours. With ours, you pay only for the features you need. And live call answering is included at no additional charge.
  • Take your office with you when you travel simply by taking your phone. Plug it into the Internet to make or receive calls as though you were still in Florida.

How It Works – 3 Easy Steps

With various office sizes and layouts to choose from, you can quickly and easily have professional office space with reception, telephone, call answering, high-speed Internet and administrative support services that suit your needs and budget.

Please stop by Fairway Executive Suites, take a tour and meet our Business Manager who will guide you through the following three easy steps to your new office:

1. Make your selections.

  • Choose your office. Sizes start at 80 sq. ft. for $450. See floor plans below
  • Choose your optional services: telephone package, high-speed Internet, additional furniture, etc. A la carte services

2. Sign up and pay initial fees.

  • Transparent contract with flexible lease terms and no hidden fees.
  • First month’s rent plus 6% sales tax.
  • Security deposit of one month’s rent plus $50.
  • Telephone setup and training $50, if applicable.
  • Telephone handset deposit $100, if applicable.

3. Set up your address and phone number.

  • Your name will appear on the building directory so that visitors and clients can easily find your office.
  • If you choose to use our telephone system, you can keep your current phone number or we’ll set up a new one for you.
  • Tell us how you want your calls answered and handled.
  • Receive your pre-programmed phone from us and plug it into the Internet for calls made to or received from anywhere in the world.
