Situation

Guido Volante, owner of Management Assistance Consultants, is a veteran stockbroker and brokerage-firm owner.

Today, as a consultant, Guido assists his clients with such things as accessing equity through public markets and taking companies public. Before moving to Fairway Executive Suites, Tony’s company occupied 2,500 sq. ft. of Class A executive space in a nearby commercial office building.

Mark Monroe is Vice President of Zezly, an employment Web site and resume-writing service. Zezly came to Fairway Executive Suites as a startup company. However, Mark’s frustrating experience with another executive suites company for a business that has since been sold, led the owners to look for a more satisfying office experience.

“The other building was very good,” said Mark, “but the executive suites company nickel and dimed you on every little thing. Plus, at the end of the month we always had to dispute our bill because they charged us for things that were inaccurate.”
